AgingSabers: Shipping and Return policy
Shipping Policy
AgingSabers believes in ensuring the customers receive Shipped orders in a timely manner.
Standard shipping for orders over $150.00 is free. Any orders under $150.00 have a flat shipping fee of $25.00.
From time of purchase to product delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks time depending on location. Urban deliveries will be shipped right to your door by DHL. Rural deliveries may take a little longer due to DHL handing over your package to Canada Post. But please don't worry, AGS will be with you the whole way!
All our orders are Express shipped and a tracking number will be sent once shipping confirmation has been made on our end. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received your purchase confirmation or tracking number. All emails will be sent from workshop@agingsabers.ca.
Note: Customers using Afterpay have a 5 day processing time for payments to be released. AGS will not complete orders until processing has been Completed. this is completely out of our control and This will add more time for expected Delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
We at AgingSabers try and ensure every order is amazing. And if for any reason your order isn't to your liking, please let us know.
Product exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of physically being in customers possession, and then processed by AGS for the actual return.
please Understand, the return shipping is covered by the customer. Please ensure all packaging, cables, and applicable accessories are sent back. If any items are missing there may be a re-stocking fee added.
Specific cores or saber models may have an extra delay due to a request from the manufacturer for exchange. This can take up to 30 days.
We at AgingSabers have the right to deny any products for return or exchange that show signs of excessive abuse/usage, heavy damage during combat, or beyond normal recreational use. unfortunately, This could possibly void any and all warranty.
